products are offered in x8 or x16 organization at single
2.7-3.6V power supply voltage. All ES29LV Series products
use JEDEC standard packages/pin-outs and command sets
for ease of use.

for read, program and erase operations.

* Manufacture on 0.18um process technology
* Compatible with JEDEC standards
* Minimum 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector
