Experience in flash or other memory designs

Advanced degree in EE or related fields (MS and
Ph.D.)

Experience in leading design projects

Device Engineers
- Flash memory device physics
- Flash memory process integration
- Spice model parameter extractions
- Experience in Flash memory more desirable
*
Test Engineers
- Experience in Kalos, Adventest, Maverick test
equipment
- Experience in test program development
- Experience in Flash memory more desirable.
* Marketing & Sales
- Experience in semiconductor IC sales with engineering
backgrounds
- Sales experience in foreign countries (US, EU,
Japan ,Taiwan or China)
- Fluency in a foreign language (English, Japanese
or Chinese)
* Quality and Reliability Engineer
- Experience in IC quality control
- Experience in IC failure analyses, quality and
reliability assurance
- Quality control in subcontract manufacutring
