ESI sells them to customers both directly and through worldwide regional sales representatives globally. ESI’s present flash memory products range in density from 4M to 32M with diverse architectures and supply voltages.

ESI is aligned with leading foundry companies like Dongbu-Anam Semiconductor (DAS) as strategic manufacturing partners. For an example, ESI developed jointly with DAS a proprietary floating gate cell, ExcelBit™ , which is built on a 0.18 μm CMOS technology and structured in such a way that it can be easily scalable to 0.13 μm or even to a smaller geometry.
