General Description
The ES29LV400D is a 4 Mbit, 3.0 Volt-only Flash Memory organized as 512K x8bits or 256K x16bits which is configured by BYTE#. The device is manufactured with highly reliable 0.18um CMOS flash technology. The device is offered in 48-ball FBGA, 44-pin SO, and 48-pin TSOP packages.
