Description
The ES29LV160D is a 16 megabit, 3.0 Volt-only Flash
memory device, organized as 2M x8bits or 1M x16bits
which is configured by BYTE#. The device is manufactured
with highly reliable 0.18um CMOS flash technology. The
device is offered in 48-ball FBGA, 44-pin SO, and 48-pin
TSOP packages. |
